Stuffed Tomataoes with Santa Fe Cooking Creme

Made outrageous stuffed, spicy tomatoes tonight.  Wow,  they are yummy.  I can't wait to make them again.  Made pork chops and had the tomatoes as a side along with zucchini.  A good dinner.  That's all for now!
