I just realized I don't think I mentioned the Peach Melba Triffle I made last week. It was awesome.
Peach Melba is usually vanilla ice cream with peaches and raspberry sauce on it. I did a different twist on it by making a triffle using whipping cream, cream cheese, powder sugar, peaches and raspberries. Layered with lady fingers. It was phenomenal!! A very rich, decadent dessert!
